All of my dashboard and display lights seem to have stopped working. They where very dim previously now nothing.

I know these lights are not the best, will have a pop out and check the fuses.

Any hints or tips?

Does that include the main instruments and the centre console? If so try the dimmer switch sometimes packs up after long periods of non use. Failing that then next stop is the fuse board and check all is correct

Yeah the full lot Chris... I will check the dimmer switch. I see that the fuse that runs the electrics for this also runs the number plate light so if that is not on also should just be the fuse.

Cheers

I found that the dimmer doesn't like being set just off fully-bright. Either have it really low or on full, otherwise the current passing through the short section of track burns it out... another quality Lucas part banghead

Not trying to be funny Rob but don't forget the dimmer has an "off" position.

Yep...But on the bright side (haha) it was a cheap fix, cheaper than the 49p fix in another post.
