I am jealous Paul.
but for an over zealous spam filter I would have seen the email reply from PH and they wouldnt have put it to the vote, they were going to put mine on the stand!
Never mind, if you are there on the Sunday I will come and say hello, the nice people of PH have given me some free tickets as a thank you for being willing to put my car on the stand.

Looking good - not tempted to tuck in the side indicator lenses?

Looking spick and spannage..Has it been sprayed as it looks a slightly different shade of red from what i remember?...Mind you it could just be the lighting....Ziga

Hi Paul

It's looking good, have a good time if you are going to be there, it's hard but enjoyable work just standing there talking to people.
If you can, open the bonnet and let them see the engine, people love that!

Thanks for all the comments guys - the lighting does change the colour to more of an orange (my crappy camera on my phone doesn't help).

Chris - I thought about tucking the indicators away but wasn't sure about the material that they're stuck to (colour matched patch sitting on the Kevlar) - does it just peel off ?

Andy - really enjoyed yesterday and spent 5 hours inside the hall watching all sorts of machinery coming in and being put into place (in between polishing of course...).

The PH Heroes section is a roped off section with no interactiveness and i will only be there on Sunday as a spectator.... apart form the SEAC and Sag all the other cars are from the manufacturers 'heritage' collection and not owned by individuals.

I hope I have done us proud and this raises the profile of our much undervalued Wedges - true PH heroes one and all.

Well I had an excellent time with this car yesterday and it looked stunning when we left.

A bright red car between a dark Sagaris and grey Skyline will really draw attention.

The indicator lenses should peel off quite easily (assuming they haven't been glued on since!) - push them back through the vent and tie-wrap to keep tidy.

Hopefully you can still see the kevlar `weave` even though detailed?

That looks really very nice. Surely PH changed the shade of red:-(

I bet you my SEAC was cheaper to purchase but 1,000 times worse condition:-)

Rears not bad either (nice of them to match the black/red carpets to the car too :

Definitely looks a different colour indoors with the lights but I can assure you I haven't changed the color since this:
