I was going to buy it before it was relisted but he was asking too much I felt for what it is, the photos suggest its not an original bonnet but he doesn't know its past history, looks to me like its been remoulded by someone but as to its workmanship I don't know, don't think it has any insulation and needs work to finish it off, I'm getting a quote to fit the vents in mine, at least it has the original insulation, good luck to who ever wins it, wooly.

Picked up my bits from Dellyend this morning and had a look at the bonnet while I was there. You're pretty spot on with your assessment Wooly
He's a genuine fella but can't give much info on the bonnet cos he genuinely doesn't know. It looks like it's just been released from the mould - got raw edges and needs lots of prep before you can think of painting. Still it's not expensive and might do someone a favour.
