My new purchase
Discussion
Afternoon all.
As some of you will know, I was planning on doing a Cosworth 24v v6 swap into my 280i.. Unfortunately, the project has ceased due to unforseen costs with the cosworth engine rebuild. After a discussion with the guys at the garage, I realised I didnt want to throw money into a project that could potentially take another few years to complete.
Anyway.. I'm not too dissapointed as I have ended up buying this 350i ( a little bit of an impulse buy ) and venturing into the world of V8's.

I picked it up last weekend and so far really pleased with my purchase.
How long till the BBWF...
Cheers.

Cheers Guys..
The yellow wheels I have are the lattice style.. will be stripping these back and putting them on - I also prefer them to the ones one there at the moment.
Chris. Yeah, been a long time !! im thinking about 6 years give or take... When I test drove this one couple of weeks back, couldn't help but grin and remember driving the 280i
Paul, a Red Wedge BBWF Convoy.. liking the sounds of that. Are you attending the next Queens Square Meet?
