There are a few things that work...There is a product called NOVUS that acts like a cutting compound to remove heavy and then fine scratches...There is a 3M plastic polish...The Renevo plastic cleaner as mentioned...I have also heard that brasso works...Most of these will only remove outer scratches...If the plastic has crystallised then i doubt there is much you can do to replenish it..
