Wedgefest 2014 bookings....

Hi Peeps...Just need to say that the rooms need firming up as the hotel gave me a contract with a fairly short booking window..There are 5 weeks left due to the amount of bookings they are receiving for people wanting to get hitched this year so they need booking, You only pay when you book out.

Also i need to know how many are signing up for the friday night meal...Rolling road....Museum...Saturday night meal and the Raceway please.

Hi Mr Ziga, I'll be arriving just after 9.00 on the Saturday. Will be doing rolling road and museum and Saturday evening meal. I've already booked to stay Saturday night. I will also attend the raceway but doubtful I can actually have a go as there are too many small oil weeps that would not go down well on their track. Cheers.

I have booked for Friday and Saturday for me and the Mrs. Mark, please put us down for the Friday Meal and the Saturday Meal. I may be entering the building a bit late on Friday as the Mrs.has to come home from school before we leave, so we may meet you all at the pub. Looking forward to the BBWF 2014.

Had this pencilled in but due to massive change of plans - the 390 has to be sold as insurance is now prohibitive - I simply can't attend. 100% sure it will go off without a hitch tho as if I've learnt anything from his posts, Mark is the most thorough perfectionist!

...Blimey i know they said they will be getting busy but that takes the biscuit!...Just make sure when you do finally get through that they send you a confirmation email...Cheers...Ziga

I had a similar problem too. They held me on line for ages one evening and I eventually gave up. The next day I tried again and still had problems. This time their extension kept cutting out. I called the main switch board and they put me through, and again it cut out. Eventually after trying again later on in the day I managed to get through and book.

I haven't received a confirmation from them yet, but if one doesn't turn up soon I shall give them a reminder call. I hope I don't have the same problem getting through this time.

I will call them Monday to find out WTF is going on...I did remind them a couple of weeks ago that people need the confirmation emails.. I also need to be made aware as to how many are left of the allocated rooms...I don't know you just can't get the staff these days..Maybe the girls would be up for doing a calendar shoot...
