Wedge fuel pump electrical supply

Started my 350i up for the first time in 5 months, well I tried as seems very little fuel getting to engine, tested fuel pump out via separate power source and ok, all fuses good ok any ideas anyone

fuel filter needing to be changed? Take one of the pipes off the pump and run it on the ignition into a petrol can to see if fuel is flowing then.

Measure voltage at pump as you crank. Is this a flapper? If so, remove air filter and gently push back the flap with the ignition on, you'll hear the pump running.

Can you measure fuel rail pressure?

Mmmmmmmm the flapper, I did wonder as it was off car for the 5 months and I left it on the floor so will go e that a try, thanks
