We confirmed the nearside pod motor was knackered on the ageing Delilah, so a scramble around the garage loft area turned up the other motor I bought some time ago, so headlight out and Tobz nimble hands got it changed over, now works fine.
Jobs coming up very soon I reckon will be both front shocks (leaking) and springs ( jelly trifle ), a swirl pot, rear springs and shocks a bit later in the year cash allowing. Looks like some rear bushes need attention too plus front tracking to top things off.
Deffo a labour of love .

Don't chuck the old motor, fettle it and keep as a spare... or I'll take it if you don't want it/ can't be pestered smile

There was someone selling (new old stock) original-spec. Armstrong front shocks on the bay of evil some time back. Otherwise Koni would be my choice, I had another oft-recommended brand on my Esprit and they were somewhere between socks and shirts.
Oh yeah: pants, that's it biggrin
