Well the wedge has sold to the 1st person who came to see it. Much to my surprise I got enquiries from Germany, a chap in Australia who wanted to import it and Belgium. The Belgian chap drove over today with his wife and bought it. He's already got a 2006 Tuscan but he wants to go on the 'Oldtimer' events in Belgium and apparently the cars have to be at least 25 years old to enter. The Belgian equivalent of an MOT prohibits non-standard modifications so he'll be changing the wheels and brakes back to original but that easily enough done.

Have to say I had a tear in my eye as he put his plates on and drove it away;

Looks like you got a good amount for it too? I was skeptical when I saw the advertised price. biggrin

Wedges seem to be going for good money now. Thought I'd paid over the odds for my one!

Happy car hunting. I looked at no less than 10 cars before finding one that was suitable. biggrin

It may not be a Wedge.. but as Griffs go, that one is very nice! yes

Not sold on the quad pipes though.. would prefer the original look.
