Guy, any ideas for where I can get some new rubber trims that seal the door panels to the window please? looked in some of the usual places, but cant see anything that matches.

Thanks

I believe it's also possible to shift the window so it sits tighter to the seals. So u may need to do that too

Looked at Woolies, but they didn't have it. Fortunately Seals Direct did (thanks Zig)so now ordered, although they didn't recognise the targa panel seals which I also need.

Paul - which profile did you use in the end? I had my offside window seal come off on the way home from the fest and the near side is non- original so I have nothing to compare to. Gonna replace both but can't identify what profile is correct
Thanks Ron

As Zig says the targa seal is 2 pieces glued together. You can actually fit the ones from a griff or chim with a bit of fiddling they they work cos I have done it on mine.

Ron, the window seal is ETS3240 @ £4.36 per metre. Described as for a Mini quarterlight

Had a look at this last night and I'm not sure it's the one I'm after- this is it
I'm after one to fit the top of the door to the glass -
Thought it would look more like this-
As said got nothing to compare to as the other side is non original ( just a rubber strip) so any pointers welcome smile

Sorry Ron, I completely misunderstood. The seal I refer to is that which fits to the lower edge of the door card and seals against the window -its not visible from the top, unlike the one which you want. Never had to replace that one fortunately.

I have no seal on the outside of the window at door level at all an came original and well maintained from the first owner. Perhaps it rains less in the Benelux laugh NOT.

There only used to be glued strip for cosmetic purposes that started unglueing and I got rid of that as well.
I like my wedge to be understated biggrin
It is only the noise that should set it apart of the rest of the world (me hooligan, no officer....)
