At last Im joining the Wedge fraternity !

So after a few years lurking here I am at last joining the Wedge fraternity ...
I have always liked the FHC cars, and came very close to buying an early 280i FHC a couple of years back, but the lack of the V8 stopped me ..
As we speak Karl's black project 350i FHC is being transported down to Kent where I live, and by the end of the day I will have my first Wedge !
It will be very much a long-term project for me, having limited funds/space/talent, but my first goal is to get it back on the road - shouldn't be too far off as Karl has done a lot of work to get it there already.
Will post up some pics soon and Im sure I'll have lots of questions too ..(copy of the Bible just ordered too)...

Here she is Mike. On her way to a new home. As you know i'm a bit gutted about passing her on in a unfinished state. But you know the story behind it.

Just in case the transport guy forgets. I disconnected the battery (Force of habit due to the state of the electricals when we got her), so just attached the -ve cable before you start her up.

That is a nice looking FHC...Welcome to the madhouse, Keep an eye on the "Sausage meet" thread as a few of us meet up every weekend at the Hot Rod Diner in Northfleet for brekkie and a chat and you are more than welcome to come along..Even without the Wedge for now just to pick some brains and meet the gang...Cheers...Ziga
