Hi Peeps....Just need to say as time is ticking by that we need to get the numbers up....If i can't get 10 cars or more for the rolling road then i will have to cancel it.

The time allocated for the rooms is not long now and they will be given back to the chase if not taken, I was allocated 70 rooms in total but haven't even filled a third of that yet and they will be taken back as they are needed for other functions, Mainly weddings.
I had to anticipate 40 people for the Saturday night meal to get it discounted and the raceway has allocated a spot for us.

Last year we had 39 people for the Friday night meal...So far we only have 10...There is only about 8 weeks left until the day so we need to get a wiggle on.

I will be posting up asking for any raffle/Charity auction prizes that people can donate..There WILL be a charity auction.

I will also want volunteers on the day..No need for parking marshals as I'm not faffing around putting cars in any particular order, Unless you want it like that?....

I don't want to keep putting it in your face about the event but it can only be as good as you make it...Cheers...Ziga

Hi peeps...Just had a phone call from Ettington asking if we wouldn't mind using the suite next to the one we normally have..This will only hold 50 people seating with room for a dance floor and band..The bronte suite what we normally use caters for 70 seating and room for dance floor and band so please either put your name down or email me so that i can get a good estimate on number...Thanks...Ziga
