Does anyone have the torques setting for the sump bolts. Couldn't see it listed in the SD1 manual, went on line and got a figure of 20Nm but as approaching this most of the gasket appeared to be pushed out. did use hylomar and purchased the gasket from Rimmers
Think you are probably right. did further looking on internet and found on rover forum recommendation of 11Nm which is about 8lb.ft. Did how ever see another site still suggesting 20Nm which is most probably why the gasket has disintegrated
