BBWF last minute panic...

Hi Peeps...First let me say that i have been informed that there are new speed cameras that have been fitted on the roads leading up to the chase and all along the fosse way...Also some new ones on the M25 that are hidden so please drive sensibly.
Right the shirts and caps should be with me tomorrow, These will be available at the main TVR gazebo on the Saturday morning, I will bring the list of who has paid and who needs to, I may be able to take orders on the day for post fest shirts and caps as i didn't want to be stuck with any unsold goods, This is why they were pre-ordered.
Please stop at the welcome gazebo on your arrival to collect your FREE mug and programme/Wedge personality and miles travelled ticket, Any goods for the raffle/Auction or auto-jumble can be left at the main gazebo but please make sure that a note has been made of the goods/Beer tokens.
Parking is not regimental this year so you may park where you like..Although it would be good if we could have any special cars/Prototypes/SX parked together.
For those who are having the Friday night meal: Meet me at the bar between 18.00-18.30 for your gold envelope.
For those of you attending the museum please collect your BLUE envelope from the main gazebo on Saturday morning as it contains your ticket to the museum, The plan is to have some lunch there as well but again trying to secure a party booking was non-viable so its a case of self service I'm afraid.
I have spare tickets if anyone wants to come along who hasn't put their name down.
For those who are not coming to the museum: I did try to arrange some food during the day but it was proving too expensive so it might be a good idea if you are bringing sandwiches...If not then there is a local sandwich shop that will make to order but someone will need to volunteer to take the order and payment and collect the order, Discretion when handing them out please.
There will be tea and coffee available but it is at the hotels expense as i could not secure a decent price..Someone mentioned buying and selling some CAKE to go with the tea and coffee..A good plan if someone wants to do it but please keep a receipt of costs and sales, I will bring a receipt book for this as every penny is to be accounted for.
It might be a good idea to bring a brolly as the forecast is a bit pants...Hopefully it will miss us but just in case it doesn't..
Finally have a safe journey and i will see you there....(If i get the wheel bearing done...

)...Cheers...ZigaHi Keith...I plan to be outside for 07.30am on saturday..(after a hearty brekkie).. to start setting up the welcome gazebo and sorting out tables and power cables..However if its pishing down then i will be at the bar getting pished...

You will see me..Ill be the one flapping around like a headless chicken...Oh i forgot to mention..Sireatnotalot has kindly printed up some sticky name labels for everyone to wear so people know who you are..I don't want to see these getting stuck in places they won't get seen just to see if they are still there in the future..Although if they are in places they won't get seen then i won't see them...
