The SEAC spoiler on my 400 is great for collecting rain water. The problem is the water sits in it and when it dries it leaves a white mark on the paint.

What's best to remove this? T Cut? Using polish by hand doesn't shift it.

(My car cap doesn't cover the spoiler so I'll sort something out in the short-term once I've got rid of the mark, long-term it will be under cover).

Thanks.

Pain in the arsenal isn't it!

I use Farecla g3 turbo detailer for quick spruce in between waxings. It's brilliant stuff - spray and buff off with clean cloth simples! Great on water marks too

I have stormproof cover but still get water collection on spoiler. They're not tailored for the SEAC spoiler unfortunately. If you can't shift with normal polish Mer will do it. Had a red 944 and the roof used to go off every couple of weeks - Mer always sorted it.

Hi mate...I used to get this on Delilah and i found that colour magic worked and also leaving it in the sun on a day like today...Seems to draw out the water....Ziga

Park the car on a steep hill. The water should run off and leave no residue.

I can run my buffer over it if you want for the cost of petrol (from cumbernauld)

Then top with a quality wax or sealant (or both):
