Hey guys,

Got back from LeMans classic after going to Brussels before hand! 1000 miles in the wedge in total and she didn't miss a beat. Chuffed to pieces!

It was my stag weekend so it was all a secret route organised by my best man but started off with a fryup at the ace!

Blimey a 1000 miles. I still get nervous doing a 100 mile round trip. What's the record for the furthest distance traveled by a Wedge for a long trip, without incident I wonder?

Years ago I left Essex for Dover into France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria (clutch st itself) Switzerland, Italy, Monaco (loads of laps) back into France, Le Mans 24hr, Paris and back home.
Couldn't think of a better car than my old 350 to have done it in.....

2014 Euro trip - 2304 miles - France, Italy, Monaco Grand Prix, Millau Viaduct.

2008 Euro trip 3000 miles - 8 Countries inclusive of the Millau Viaduct, 10 days, all with the roof off, coz that's how I roll....... Wedges are made for this, they don't always Know it but it's true.

Matt, did you speak to the owner or just saw the car???

Hi Matt

I saw that one on the in-field too. Loads of fantastic cars there. I took about 500 photos this year.

I also bumped into one of the guys off here at Le Bounty for the PH bash.

Pleased to say my Wedge did this Classic and also the 24hr without any issue.
