No Spark

Another day, another problem.

Went to the wedge today and there is no spark coming from the coil. I replaced it with a good new one but no difference, so that is ruled out. I didn't have a meter with me so I can't see if the coil itself is getting any voltage, will check that tomorrow.

Any ideas?

Missing 12v supply, faulty ignition amp, dead pickup in the distributor, bad engine earth...

Found the problem today as I went to start the car and it wouldn't even click on the relay, stuck my head under the steering wheel and one of the wires from the ignition is burnt out, so the dash needs to come out again!

The car is now going up for sale as i really can't hack this anymore
