That is a lovely car. I've been considering jumping ship for a while now and I love the Tuscan. Ever since I set eyes on one, just up the road from me in a driveway when they first came out, I swore I'd get one, one day. That was after I worked out if it was parked forwards or backwards in the guys drivaway
Can you please briefly tell me about your Tuscan ownership experience. Is it as fun as a Wedge to own one? Is it loud enough? Is it frightfuly fast? Is it frightfuly unreliable? Some guidance would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Very nice, do love that colour.
One thing I noticed when it was in the classifieds, was the seemingly grey/silver bit on the drivers side nose... What's that? Is it just camera trickery?
its amourfend.......a type of plastic coating to protect the paint......you generally can only see it via a camera vs in the flesh One thing I noticed when it was in the classifieds, was the seemingly grey/silver bit on the drivers side nose... What's that? Is it just camera trickery?
Thanks all!
I agreed to buy it about a month ago but as it was in Scotland i had to get up there to see it which with work and family commitments meant i had to wait...which was hard work!
Anyhow, i viewed it on saturday and agreed to buy it as she is a really very nice car. I viewed so many dogs on the way...such a shame to see how a lot of them are looked after (or not as the case is!)
I got her transported back on a flatbed rather than drive and i took it for the first drive last night - these pics are from the first drive.
First impressions are....AWESOME! Its had a lot of time and love from the previous owners and is very well set up. The Nitrons are great. Very different to the wedge, far more modern in almost every way but i wanted there to be a big difference in the two as im keeping both. Ill keep you posted
So, 50 miles into ownership, everything is good!
the stuff on the front is stone chip protector which is a colour, not clear. Its strange...it actually looks quite good in the flesh but depends what angle you catch it at. Ill get some proper pics up in the Tuscan forum soon but wanted to wave hello in here...i'm still a wedger!

Thought as much, my car is Armourfended in clear and in certain pictures the doors look a different colour.
Well done Matt, enjoy they are an absolute dream to drive once you're use to it. Do be careful on the cold or damp roads. It will bite and it could end up messy. Evening may still be sunny but the roads soon get condensation on... Not teaching to suck eggs and all that.

I will...damp is a menace...ive witnessed my dad making that mistake in his Ultima...light cars and torque with damp roads are scary!Well done Matt, enjoy they are an absolute dream to drive once you're use to it.
