Need the Wedge OK on this please...

Hi Peeps...As you know a fund was set up for the BBWF to handle small costs and to collect the money for charity, Now unfortunately I'm a little bit skint at the moment and have a fair bit to pay out for including the Wedge insurance next month so i would like to ask you if it would be okay for me to use the balance to cover the cost of the Wedge calendars..Also as all the profit/Donations can be then paid directly into the BBWF Fund/Charity...Is this okay with you...Cheers...Ziga

All invoices/Receipts will be kept with a record of all accounts.

Mark, sounds okay to me. You're not a private bank so you shouldn't be expected to stump up the initial outlay for the calendars. As long as it's accounted for and money received goes back into the BBWF it seems sensible to me. Cheers.
