Yes I had a 4.6 from RPI which Scole Engineering built played with etc, Seems to work well ! That was a few years ago now and I still upset people! Great engine, also had a few other bits off RPI all seem good, do fit emerald they won't agree

Not one of the companies that gets really talked about on the RV8- its normally V8 Developments. Ive taken advice from them some years ago about the type of cam to fit in my 3.9, and they recommended a piper 270. It was a really bad choice of cam, an MC1 or Typhoon would have been far better ( The only thing to be said for the 270 is a good idle)- but they were simply selling me what they had, so ask around- dont just take their sales pitch.
