Mmm - body off? Last time I did one of them was my TR6. Full body off, 18 months off the road and took me 1800 hrs for a full rebuild. Results were stunning with 180bhp but didn't have the car on the road for ages and think I'd get withdrawal from the Wedge which is the best therapy/tonic I've known.

I will be treating the Wedge for a full shocks and bushes rebuilt over winter at the end of the year though.
