Mega Thanks !!!!!!!!

Just a line to say a very mega big thanks to DICKYMINT for allowing me to test my ECU on his beast. This means that the prob's are something simple and
getting close to starting my car. If only I can get a spark now and some injectors to work!!!!

The two are related. With no trigger to the coil, there's no trigger to the ECU either. You haven't got the wires on the distributor-mounted ignition amp the wrong way round have you?

Could have ! Knowing my luck at the moment. What would happen if I were to turn them around, ie - will anything go bang ?

Cheers guys great response I can make it anytime - how about this Saturday or Sunday?

With all of us pointing at different things, one of us ought to be right

How about we work through the EFI manual and see where it leads us? Should be a good way to teach ourselves a disciplined way to fault find. And who knows we may even fix it

Ahhhhhh........I wondered who they all belonged to! We were the sit down lot by the entrance door with the wine bottles!! I was weraing dark grey fleece/black jeans, my wife was the one with incredibly long blonde hair in a pony tail)

At least we all drowned out the Cerbera owners I was sat with when we started the engines!!
