No, i mean the pinstripe in the wrong position!
It's bugged me for 2 years and finally i have booked it in for respray to get rid of the different shade on the doors below the stripe and hence put things right.
Now then, this is where the questions come in. On completion i want to put the 390SE badges on the front wings which have been missing because of the wrongly position stripe but - do i put the stripe back on (correct position just below the crease) or leave it without?
Also, what was the standard spec on the stone guard just in front of the rear wheel? should this be black as some i have seen or should it be body color?

It's purely a matter of preference. After I had the spray work on my 400SE I didn't put the stripes back, only the decals. Two reasons. Firstly stripes make the car look dated I think. Secondly, if you change your mind at a later date, you can always put them on after. If you put it on after the spray work, its harder to remove them. Just my opinion.
PS. Without stoneguard on arches you are likely to get stone chips in that area.
