My 450se is back on the road after 10+ years in storage! It is in near original condition, with round 22k miles, I have owned "Throb" since 1994. I have a cool brother and an awesome friend to thank for keeping it in great shape even when it was under wraps. I have lived overseas for a while now, but was back last summer and realized it was time to get her ready for my next trip back. I just received some photos (and the MOT!) and thought a few might like to see them. I hope to be back to catch up at a few meets over the summer..)

My elderly neighbor called it throb after his car alarm always went off..good times.

I bought it a year or so old from a guy in Hull. I was told it was number 35 of 35 and the only one in this colour combo, but have no way of verifying it. I am travelling now, but will post a few more pictures over the weekend. The work to clean her up was pretty amazing, esp the wheels. Thanks for the kind words.

Are you sure your neighbor called it Throb because of the reason stated; or because of the reasons we all thinking biggrin

Nice motor and rare.

These give an indication of where Stephen brought the car back from..

Maybe I shouldn't have brought up its nickname censored
