BBWF 2016 roll call...

Hi Peeps

With just over 6 weeks to go now until the biggest baddest gathering of TVR Wedges not only in the UK but in the rest of the world i must urge you to now work with me to firm everything up as i need to have it all signed, Sealed and delivered 2 weeks before the event which means i only have just over 3 weeks.. ..

I still have to:

1. Book the remainder of rooms.
2. Book the SPA treatments
3. Book the food menus
4. Book the auto-valet
5. Call the police...More about that later.
6. Finalise the MSA convoy exemption certificate.
7. Finish designing and then print the welcome packs
8. Order the awards
9. Order the event Mugs
10. Order the shirts & Caps.
11. Design and print the award certificates
12. Iron my underpants....Call the police again...

So i need your help to finalise

1. The BBWF 2016 Polo shirts & Caps.
2. The Food on the Saturday...At the moment the consensus is a BBQ.
3. The signed copies of Ralph Dodds latest book..."Cars of the Peter Wheeler era".
4. The FREE ramp inspection service offered by Topcats tech team...I need to know numbers.
5. The SPA treatments if wanted.
6. The Auto-Jumble
7. The charity auction & Raffles prizes...At the moment i think we have one item for each...
8. What beer and spirits to stock our bar with...

Hi Pete...Predominantly this years Free event...Thingymajigs...Don't want to spoil it are for those who come to support the event and turn up on the day in their Wedge...However if you promise to come next year then i might be able to save you one...
