The drivers side driving light is loose in the holder. (Pug 205 style ones)

Does anyone know how the driving lights are attached to the body?

Lens comes off, don't see any way to get into it from there.

Under, there's 2 small bolts and one large holding a plate which seems to be attached to the light unit. Cracked them off and they just spin round and round and round. -maybe i'm not patient enough?- As if there's another bolt attached on the other side spinning freely, but no access to get to it?

It's this bit which isn't secure. But I can't figure out how it's attached to anything?

It is glued on via those two pads with holes in them and then the lamp is bolted through the single hole. I have had the same problem in the past. I actually used fibreglass repair stuff to glue it back and that was years ago and still secure.

Today went and glued them back on. decided to glue the plate and cups on in situ, then there is no alignment issues... Smeared 2 part epoxy resin on and held it in place. Thought I'd sit there for 10 mins and that would be it bonded, right?

Nope! Sat on my back holding it for 40 mins, one hand holding it on, and the other messaging my mate who took great delight in taking the piss out of me because the car is glued together.

After 40 mins, got bored and took it out and grabbed the scissor jack from the boot to hold it in place (Why didn't I think of this in the first place?).

I think I should have bought the 90 second fastbond stuff hehe
