Hi All

Just seen this. Had a chat with the owner. Says he'd be over the moon with £4K for it.

I think he'd be better off getting it MOT'd but sounds like he has a lot on at the minute.

Looks like a nice one?

That's what I thought mate. Set of decals a good interior clean and an MOT that's hot to be a 5k car.

It's about an hour from me if anyone is interested. Sure I could find an excuse to pass by for a look.

Looks very lovely and the few things listed as negatives seem run of the mill typical minor Wedge issues. A bargain for someone there.

Lets not forget it's an auction. It could still end up as a 5k car depending on how the biding goes. I'm little worried about the lazy sincros in 3 snd 5. Could be expensive to put right but the car is a looker.

Unusually has the flared arches and vented bonnet, but more unusual on a 350 are the flared sills.

Sold at £4,425. Needs a bit of work but a good price.

Now back up for sale as it turns out it is a 'damage repairable with colour change'

Wondered from the start about the incorrect panels. So full body transplant or just panels?
Some like the colour but it looks a bit "brown" in the pics. Interior looks ok
If it was nearer I'd go and have a look at that price

I knew this car had had a colour change because it was painted black in the engine compartment. Tell tell signs of a colour change. I'm surprised the well clued up owner didn't know.

They seem to be unnaturally sharp arch flares, unlike the usual soft Wedge ones.
Granted TVR themselves built them up with mat, resin and filler but those just look 'wrong' to me.
