Anyone got some head lamp lift motors?

Both bloody motors gone at once, and wont respond to the usual wd40 and cajoling. So im looking for som replacement parts, for now they are wound up perminently.

I believe there is an adaptor so either the round or the square will do.

I know rimmerbros sells them, but I thought i'd ask here first as to be a bit more social.

You definitely sure its the motors as its a bit unusual for them both to pack up at the same time.

If needed i have a working one in good condition that you can have for a donation to the BBWF charity fund...

Both gone at the same time? that's a bit spooky? lost both on the TR7 Back in the day and it was a diode. only popped up on flash. could be further down the line. The main head light switch on mine is a bit dodgy and sometimes needs a couple of goes?

And on most models the Up/Down relay is a single point of failure for both motors...

Me too, I'd suspect that relay, the wiring, power/earth feed to it (at least one feed is via diode) first, before the motors.

Try substituting a matching (5 pin) relay....(or swapping them around, but only the 5 pin ones)
