That's SEAC clutch out...
Discussion
Hi Glen
I can see A.P 7232 number on the clutch plate which could be a patent part...Im sure AP numbers were longer...I worked for them many many moons ago.....
It seems to come up on a cross reference....MEYLE 037 161 7232

Looks like the pressure plate maybe wasn't holding it down strongly enough, and the wear seems to be on the outer edge, you can still see paint on the friction material on the inner edge.
Yeah it might be OK with a new pressure plate (only about 50 quid). Measure the friction material thickness - there's a minimum thickness wear spec.

You've come this far, change the lot and put back with confidence instead of uncertainty.
Hi GlenThat the way to do it, other wise in a couple of months time you will be doing it all again. Also get the fly wheel skimmed is also a good thing to do, then it will be like a new system. We did that with my 450SEAC and its now the nicest gear change in a wedge I have, with a light, smooth and plenty off feel to the clutch.
