Hi where is the thermostat on a TVR Tasmin 280i engine.

Make sure you replace it with the 82 degree stat...Do not use the 88......

And be very careful with the housings, they break for fun.

Back in those days nearly everyone used the same sized thermostats, this will do the job, and I always like stats with the little jiggle pin thing... helps clear air locks when filling.



82 degree stat with jiggle pin (vent hole)

Yup that'll do it.
If you break the housing and cant source a replacement, they can be welded. I have a spare welded one if you need it.
