Hi ron
Lets just say im looking for one thats been looked after .
I did phone the guy with the dark one thats been on ebay a while back i trscked down the owner who smashed it up he then luckily told me the full story , i was interested but he wants too much money and cat d.
If i cant get another i will look for a 400 or 390 and sell my mustang .as well .

I don't know why people fuss so much about the 450. I used to own a 450 but I've had 400's that are quicker. It all depends on it's mechanical condition and state of tune. If it's for investment purposes, then I understand, but you have to make sure it's low milage, low owner, immaculate and pure.

This is my fifth wedge and every time I sold one, soon after I started regretting it. In between I bought a chimera and a 290s but I've always come back to a wedge. Three of the wedges I've owned have been a 400, one was a 390 in the form of a 350SE and another was a 450. Every now and then I get the urge to buy a modern Tuscan and it's an itch waiting to be scratched. It's a car I've always had a passion for on the surface, but I'm not quite sure quite how it'll pan out if it becomes reality. If i cant get another 450 then i will look for a 400 or 390
Cheers

Yep, been there..like many of us on here. I bought a C4 Corvette after owning a 400SE...soon sold that, and bought another 400SE. I then decided to try the curvy models, so bought a 450 Chimaera...that didn't last long either, so I sold it and bought a 450 SEAC. Currently own a 420 SEAC..which (fingers crossed) is going nowhere!
