Help.how do I get me sills off.

There are around 5 or so pot rivets along the sill edge...Pop off the door seal and you will see them...There is then a bolt at each end...One in the right hand recess of the drivers footwell and the other down behind the seat belt mount..Take the rear trim off.....The passenger side is the same...

Might be worth replacing with either "Riv-nut" or stainless self tappers for easier access later on...

Looking good and I like the little gussets to strengthen the set up. I think the 'wee man' would be very happy with your work!

I just realised I have an old friend called "Colin Sills"... ho hum.

Anyhow they are looking very shiney - are they stainless?

No.just the flash on the camera. It's a shame to paint them
