I'm looking to replace rear shocks where is the best place to get them and any recommended makes / types many thanks

I've always stuck with Konis, had AVOs on my Esprit and they corroded while you watched. I've heard mixed reports about Gaz units.
Annoying thing about the Konis is that while they can be rebuilt, Koni UK won't sell you the parts to do it.

GAZ are good. Got them on mine with no issues.

I had gaz on my chimaera I've seen spax and koni on eBay koni you can adjust ride Hight

Don't think you can adjust ride height just hard to soft settings

GAZ will make you height adjustables if you need them.

I fitted GAZ adjustables on mine a few months ago . Very happy with them with the adjustable ride hight and you can set them to how hard or soft you want it to be !

Spax at a good price advertised on flea at the moment. I fitted a new front set of Spax on the 390 last year and they work well, but then again in comparison to the leaky, squeaking crap I had on before anything would seem good.

Adjustable platform dampers are available for the rear but not the front with the standard set up.
