Hi guys
Guess what I need some more help
Charlie my sainted mechanic in Glasgow who has Been rebuilding the engine of my 350i over the winter has hit a little problem there is a steel pipe on the cooling system near the top of the radiator that the previous owner butchered and we can't find one so anyone have one or have an idea where we can source one
Please please let me know

Do you have any pictures. Is it the Swan neck from the rad to the thermastat

If you have no luck I have a spare swan neck in the barn.

When you say "butchered" did they braze on a plumbing joint to the filler cap? That's a known upgrade to stop the bugger leaking.

I made mine out of 32mm copper pipe
