Car passed its inspection! Found a non-Christian shop working on Sunday. Registration next and it is fully legal.

Of course, I still need to sort out the fuel tank venting issue.

Oh and the brake pedal went to the floor on the drive home - that is new! The M/C has been rebuilt since I've owned the car.

Brake pedal going to the floor is normally the rear brakes binding and boiling the fluid... you can usually smell burning brakes under the rear wheel arches.
