Doesn't time fly! Been on PH for ten years now (or 120 months, as they like to log it!). I joined having recently purchased a nice white '84 350i - with hindsight, I should have joined and been reading up on here first!

Okay, for the best part of 8 years of my membership, I was without a Wedge, but I still read and contributed regularly, always knowing I would be back in fold one day... Didn't think for one minute that it would take this long, but here I am "avec Wedge" finally!
Nice to see so many members still here from those early days - still contributing and always helpful. The likes of Reverend, Adam Q, Wedg1e to name but a few. Testament to the way these funny little cars from Blackpool get under your skin. There are some who still pop in from time to time, even though Wedges are behind them (for now!). And sadly, we've also lost a few friends permanently along the way
I have seen many join and as many leave. I have seen arguments and relationship breakdowns to rival any soap opera, and serial stories that keep you logging in for what happens next (Zig and Delilah, Rev and the Wildcat SEAC, Engineer1949's orange beast, The Hatter's SEAC rescue to name but a few). Ok, it may not be quite the place it was 10 years ago, but it is still a good place for info and a chat - even if you have to dodge the occasional odd-bod who seems to revel in mayhem... (To be honest, it's always been a bit like that!!).
And finally, I am getting to a BBWF! I hope to finally meet some of the people I have been talking to for up to 10 years in the flesh! Anyway, enough of this self-indulgent rambling - here's to the next ten years!

Thanks for the mention ;^)
Not only time flies but the 400SX has been doing too - I thought I was going faster and everyone else going slower since the g/b swap although the speedo said only XXXmph, m'lud.
So I checked it against the GPS app on my phone and the speedo is reading almost 10% low! Whoops....
This is odd though because I made sure to use the same speedo drive cog out of the old box.
