I took a trip to the Ace Cafe today. Couple of TVR's there but mine was the only Wedge. Had a chat with a couple of owners. Nice hot day on the longest day of the year and a lot of people there. I patted myself on the back for flying the Wedge flag.

Hi Gavin. Yes it's monthly. Every third Wednesday of the month. Maybe we'll meet up there on the next one if the weather permits and you manage to get your Wedge going. All the best.

Well done Tony. Shame it's almost a 4 hour journey for me. I'd love to go one month. Cheers.

It is rather a long way for you Keith but it would be good if you could make it one day when your down this way. Ace Cafe is really a fantastic place to meet especially in the summer when the weathers good. It's not just TVR's of course, it's all British sports car and classics on the same evening which makes it more interesting as we get to see other enthusiasts and their cars. They are well organised there and the attendant arranges the cars in a certain way in groups. Sometimes when there is a big crowd the local newspaper and such pop over to take photos and a lot of the public also pop over to browse. I've been there several times now and enjoyed it every time. Mind you, it is convenient for me, as it's only a 30 minute drive from my house, even less when the traffic is low. I'm going to try and go there next month too, if the weather is good, so if anyone want to join, more the merrier.

It would be good if you can make it next month Andy. I haven't seen you for ages. Let's hope we have some good weather.
