Help with Colour Reference

Can anyone help with a coulour reference 1990 mica blue?? (note I cannot read the reference on the VIN plate)

Looking to get some touch up paint

Have you tried the factory, as I rang them today, asked for the parts dept and then gave them my chassis number, they told me the colour it was and the reg. Now just trying to source from ICI , nexus etc
