I keep hearing a clunk-clunk from the rear
Sounds similar to driving over a man hole cover
Finally got a good look

Sorry the pictures are upside wrong
Is the hub pivot bolt about to snap?? Or is the "alignment" wrong/ link assembly arm bent?
Seeing all the rust, it must have been bad for awhile
As far as I can tell, there is no bushing thru this, am I correct?
Garaged until repaired!
Appreciate the help

Also not good, bad grinding noise from the wheel turning it by hand while raised.
Guess I'm looking for a bearing as well. It does feel solid tho, no wobble

This is the bolt that often seizes and snaps. There should be a bush in place and if it's worn it could be what's knocking. Best to replace it asap and check the one on the other side and the rest of the bushes. I believe you can buy a bush kit and replace the lot. Bearing noise could be the wheel bearings or the uni joints on the drive shaft.

Thanks
With the wheel off its sounding like the brake binding or differential noise.
Pulling the bolt after a good soak
