Hi,
I'm going to change the fuel filter on my '88 Tasmin 2.8 (on the advice of my local garage). I see that it's a Bosch one so probably original - hence old. One thing I'm not sure about is the washers on the banjos - assuming the new filter doesn't come with any, should i be fitting crush or plain ? I can't tell what's fitted until i take the old filter off which i don't want to do just yet.
Thanks,

Ian

Get several extras because they seldom seal first time. Not for me anyway.

I ended using the old ones again, new ones were rubbish, wouldn't seal.
Some people re-anneal them, heating and cooling and dunking in oil, I just popped 'em back in, sorted, no leaks smile

Right, that's useful stuff, I'll get some new one just in case, but try annealing the old ones if they don't work.
