So today I was working in the TVR mostly cleaning took the sound deadening out and found hand written 5702 on both sides of the seat back area, it's also written on the doors. There are also what appears to be initials WH and VB. any ideas? Anyone else find thing written in the car?

The numbers are usually the last few digits of the VIN number of the car. So the correct bits went on the right car at assembly I presume. Mostly on trim parts in my experience.

I have seen a few different things, here is what was written on the underside of my N/S light pod...

And this was drawn on the rear trim on the 280i...I actually painted over it...Doh!

Grafitti and items. I found a box of matches and a folded piece of noted glass paper in my 350i rear wing. This activity represented a great bit of British motoring history.

And yes re the above car design monica, you should have kept it - and it may have been their next design laugh
