I have Uniroyal Rainsport 3's fitted, which are excellent.

Uniroyal Rainsport 3 or Dunlop Blueresponse.

It's either of those for me when the NS-2R wear down.

They're both around the £50 mark in 15-inch.

If you're looking for the best wet weather performance then, imho, the Blueresponse is better. If you only go out in the dry then go Rainsport 3. Worked very well on the Tam and Sag in all weathers, temps and on trackdays.

That said, topgeartvr has Blueresponse fitted on the TG S2 and they didn't hold him back on the trackdays.

I have Rainsport 3s on my Saab - wonderful on soaking wet roads, and good dry grip.
I chased and couldn't catch a Chim 450 on a dry track day - inspection back in the paddock showed he was on Rainsport 3s.
And my TVR guy put them on his Fiesta van and is amazed at the grip/handling.

So from experience they get my vote, but I have never tried Blueresponse - the only blue response I have had recently was from an unmarked black Volvo on the A46... laugh
