Shocks!!!

Just been told new front shocks ready to collect for my 350i,Midland Performance center Gaz adjustables only £50 each,any body use these or know best settings for them?

Have 'm. They are fine for me (for over a year now).
Settings.........
Start in the middle, soften the back, firm up the front. Got mine ok for fast road in the second attempt.
Have 'heavy duty' front springs, and standard rear. Adjustable platforms at the rear, and increased the ride height a bit to have the rear drive shaft not 'touching' the exhaust on acceleration.
