Steering column

Can anyone tell me how I remove the steering column in a 400SE please? I need to move the bulkhead bush from under the wheelarch to inside the car for clearance reasons, but I can't figure out which bolts to undo or how to get at them. Any help would be appreciated.

It you mean drop it down there are three bolts that undo, (M10 or at least M8), each one is oriented vertically.

I probably have a photo as I did it recently to swap the whole dash out.

When I replaced the bushes on both my Wedges I was able to slide the inner shaft well up inside the steering column outer casing, without having to drop or move the actual steering column itself. The inner shaft probably came a good 60mm clear of the floor so should be plenty of room to alter the bush location.

Thanks KKson, why didn't I think of that! Sometimes I overthink the problem and can't see the wood for the trees.
