As you may well know Adrian, on the S1 the flanges need to be ground at an angle to give clearance but I have no idea if this applies on the Wedge?

Hi Mike,
I can deal with that if need, but visually the part I have is female on it's exit and the TVR parts item is male. Has this part been used on the S series (with the faces having been linished)? A@

It turned out that TVR Parts did not have one anyway...and, I TIG copper bronzed welded the broken in half cast manifold, BUT, I was not able to replace the lug that was 'missing'. SO, with the welded manifold held on with three studs and some washers clamping the edge of the broken lug ..I passed the MOT, BUT THEN the starter failed to engaged (until I shocked it into life with a gentle tap) so that needs a build whilst I am waiting for the manifold to arrive (thanks Hans) ...I spent all week trying to get to the BBWF.
