Anyone still running with the original air cleaner?
Whats the best way of cleaning it
and is anything (dressing) applied to it prior to fitting back.

- and I know someone is going to mention K&n

but I like foam types - my lawn mower has one :boxedin:

I would think that cleaning should be with warm soapy water, rather than any sort of solvent. Thinking back to my biking days, Yamaha used to recommend lightly oiling the filter after it was cleaned and dry.

i stuck mine in the washing machine ! seems to do the job !
