280/350i EBC red stuff pads for sale on ebay

in case anyone was interested im selling a set of red stuff pads for the standard brakes for 280 & 350i. better bite if you fancie a better brakes on the cheap.....item no 4555144183

I'm not the complete expert of this but green are supposed to be better for the road..

The Red need a heavier car (think Granada) - so would not get up to temp. properly on a TVR..

yes but when you take into the consideration of non vented disks on these early cars i found the red stuff pads to last longer with good brake fluid and a bit of diy ducting to the callipers they were better at not overheating because of the stronger compound. but each to there own! seems a shame to throw away!!

I just the green on my SEAC and they are great.

got green stuff in my elise and yes must agree very good! have put mintex in my ap 4 pots on the wedge also very good
