Shocks spec: same for wedge and chim?

I have a couple of pairs of shocks, 1 pair Avo's 1 pair Koni's in nice low mileage condition for sale. Someone with a chim is advertising for a replacement front shock. Would wedge spec shocks be the same as chim spec?

Not AFAIK. Will they make do or fit? Don't know but bugsy is good with serial numbers. Try asking him.

Yes. Apart from having different end fittings, different dimensions and different rates, they should just bolt straight on.

(So that would be a 'no' then.)

Just to confirm that they will fit but also it's worth changing the springs as well unless they've been changed recently.

I've got a low mileage pair of front springs to go with the shocks. No rubber cushions though so try to salvage your old ones as they are hard to get.
