There was a common mod like this to 'hot wire' road/race cars which seemed to work plus a number of tuners did this also. Downside was probably over fuelling at low rpm's but I'm not talking from personal experience.

There's another thread going on PH about the same piece of idiocy. Fools the ECU into thinking that the engine's cold so it injects more fuel.
It also washes the oil off the bores

Oh, and it won't work on a 280 Tasmin because their injection system is different: usual bullsh!tting Ebay cowboy. Nor will it work on a 200 Tasmin since it has no injection, but if you don't know that then you deserve to be fleeced

I like the first FAQ......What is a ECU !!!!!! does this show the kind of person this product is aimed at.... ? Go buy another tank of opitmax. and can you fart through the window at 130 and still keep your foot on the gas ????
