Discussion
Just a quick run down of what's happening at the BBWF :
12:00 Everyone arrives - hopefully the gate will be open !
13:00 Picniq on the Lawn - don't forget to pack a picnic..:D
I have asked Ettington to provide some sandwiches for those that forget / don't know..
14:30 How loud is your wedge - I'm bringing my db meter - so I'm expecting some noisy cars :D
15:00 Mass start up (120 wedges) so bring ear plugs.. if you have young ones (or elderly..) :hehe:
16:00 Photo shoot outside the reception area or anywhere else we choose :D
17:30 Concours - a few of us will choose the best wedge in attendance..
18:30 BBQ - probably the biggest party of the year.
Sorry there are no more tickets now - all 120 are sold.
19:00 Free raffle draw with Charity donations :D

Great.
First polo shirts have been posted to those who requested, a couple to post tomorrow.
I will pick up all the others tomorrow and hopefully sort them into (PH Handle) alphabetical order to make distribution on Saturday easier.
Just hope I can get them all in the wedge with me sarnies

Awwwww. No roundabout mayhem.
It can be arranged.. but I want to go thru the tunnel this year (OK - It's only a railway bridge tunnel) but the best I could do.. Also - we might well have a video camera there.. now that will sound good
Such a shame - I was so looking forward to seeing wedges coming from all directions again and having no idea where they were going
Was a superb sound/sight!seamus said:

Wot Sean sed - it was truly amazing sight on some of those roundabouts last year, and the expressions of disbelief from other "normal" drivers was unforgetable!
And would be sadly missed if not included again.

Rev - I hate to tell you, but you have items 1 and 7 wrong! So here is the ammended version...
12:00 Everyone arrives - and wonders who the strange people are, looking a bit worse for wear, wondering round in a daze muttering about the noise, who arrived on Friday...

Trust the better half to think of this....
Has anyone enquired whether the wedding party at the hotel is having the speeches at 14:30??
Could be interesting to be a fly on the wall watching the speaker shouting at the top of his/her voice to get over the sound of 120 wedges going RRRRRRRRRRRRrrrrrmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!!!! along with the sound of shattering glasses

Just a thought. Is the "Bulldog Bash" this weekend or is it "Godskitchen" on at Long Marston?( on the Evesham road out of Stratford Both these events cause local traffic thrombosis, The Bulldog Bash is for Lunatic (and normal) Bikers, and CARE has to be taken locally to avoid the more "enthusiastic"- and plod are out in force. Godskitchen is a Rockfest that lasts all w/e and can be heard for MILES most of the night it seems!. Even TVR's will struggle to beat their noise!I will try and find which it is that is on this w/e... I think it is "Godskichen" David H
